Short description (2):The Finance Manager is responsible for mainataing local books and provides accurate, relevant, and timely financial information to management. The Finance Manager is responsible for the site accounting, controlling and treasury as well as the company’s tax management. He / She is expected to handle the tasks in compliance with Scanfil corporate accounting/ management accounting rules and processes as well as according to local legal requirements. Finance manager is a member of the site management team.
Qualifications (2): B.A and minimum 10 years experience or a Master’s degree with over 5 years’ experience in finance and control, preferably from international organizations
Responsible for maintaining the local books of accounts generating the financial statements of the units in compliance with local statutory requirements and group guideline.
Enforces the internal control and procedure required to safeguard the company assets and business ethics.
Ensure the compliance with the local tax regulations,
State and maintain the analysis required for audits and tax authorities.
Prepare profit and loss statements, Balance sheet, monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
Analyze revenue and cost trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
Generate and maintain financial ledgers in accordance with the business’s rules and regulations.
Maintain, execute and enforce all local and group accounting processes and procedures, thus ensuring business’s productivity and complaince.
Coordinates cash management for the business.
Ensure the business is compliant with local statutory requirements and group guidelines.
The ability to objectively collect, review, and evaluate business contracts.
Ensure optimal deployment of resources to achieve business goals.
